Rowdy was adopted from us a while ago. Sadly, after 4 years in his home, his owners decided they could no longer care for him. He was confused and scared when he came back. We are working to find him a committed home that will make him feel safe and loved. We know it will take a little patience and time, but Rowdy is worth it!
